TrueMER

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of TrueMER, provided by TrueMER (MT Associates Marketing). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

TrueMER reads data from advertising, email and commerce accounts you connect, and presents reconciled reporting including blended ROAS and channel attribution. Access is read-only.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity of team members you invite. You must have the right to connect any account you add and to upload any data you import.

Plans, trials and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
  • Introductory trial pricing (for example, $1 for the first 30 days) applies to the first billing period only; the plan then renews at its standard monthly price until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and are not charged again.
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach or probe the service, access another customer's data, resell the service without our written agreement, or use it to violate the terms of any connected platform.

Accuracy of reporting — important

TrueMER reports figures obtained from third-party platforms and from data you provide. Advertising platforms self-report conversions using their own attribution models and windows, and those figures routinely disagree with each other and with your order backend — surfacing exactly that gap is the purpose of this product. Reporting is provided for informational purposes to support your decisions; it is not financial, accounting or tax advice, and we do not warrant that any third-party figure is accurate or complete.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Connected platforms may change or restrict their APIs, which can interrupt data collection outside our control.

Intellectual property

We own the software and the service. You own your data. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and process your data in order to provide the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or advertising spend.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or fails to pay, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account owners by email and the date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
