You can ask us to delete the data MT Associates Limited (“TrueMER”) holds about you at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.
If you have a TrueMER login, the fastest route is to sign in and use Account → Delete account, or email us from the address on the account. Deleting the account removes your login, your connected advertising and ecommerce credentials, and the reporting data imported under it.
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove one integration. Signing in and disconnecting a platform (Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, Klaviyo, Shopify) deletes the stored access token for it, and you can then clear the data imported from that platform from the same screen.
If you connected through Meta, you can also remove our app from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta notifies us when you do, and we delete the access token we hold for that connection. Removing the app stops any further data being read, but it does not by itself delete a TrueMER account you created directly with us — use section 1 for that.
TrueMER is a business analytics tool. We store advertising metrics, order and campaign records belonging to the business account you connected, and the credentials needed to read them. We do not build profiles of individual consumers, and we do not sell data. The categories are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
Email support@truemer.com with the subject Data deletion request, from the address associated with the account where possible. Tell us which account or which connected platform you want removed. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that one person cannot delete another business’s records.
We action verified requests within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle, so a copy may persist in an encrypted backup for a short period after deletion from the live system. We may retain the minimum records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records, and we keep those only for as long as the law requires.
